I've heard families, divorced and even some people doubt the whole process of the wedding. Why? Because if ever a divorce, children and their families can be destroyed much time to play. I heard the calls of help from psychologists in the legal field, children suffer the divorce proceedings are useless.
As a licensed attorney, I represented, advised and observed hundreds of people who love the beautiful fall apart in a divorce or childcustody battle. I'm broke and "I hate lawyers," so can all the money for lawyers and in many cases, the procedures to extend for months or years. His life is on hold.
Mediation involves a trained neutral person helps parties resolve their problems. It is a means to "leave the relationship," but does not destroy life. However, prosecutors are doing their part to solve cases and help solve, at least, encourage, unlike"Combat". Is ruining my life and this is bad karma for lawyers and clients, and children suffer for life.
It s so interesting to me, as lawyers say their work life with their spiritual life and church life separate. It s like two different people. Would it not be wonderful compassion in the classroom and maintain law and not be there just to destroy. My next book, entitled "Heart of Justice"Addresses this problem.
guardian ad litem (GAL) may help, but only for those families who did not have the resources or training with the GAL, which are worse than you can not. GAL lawyers, the only place that I would recommend the child.

Lawyers are not only "combatants", are healers, and solves problems.
